Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VRF360 ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the VRF360 VRF verification service (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

VRF360 is a VRF (Verifiable Random Function) validation system that allows users to independently verify winner selections from BetaFair campaigns. The Service provides:

• Client-side VRF computation and verification
• Transparent validation of random selections
• Cryptographic proof verification
• Documentation and support resources

Service Limitations

The Service is provided for verification purposes only. VRF360 does not:

• Conduct BetaFair campaigns or selections
• Guarantee campaign outcomes or prizes
• Provide financial, legal, or professional advice
• Store or process sensitive personal information

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Accurate Information

If you contact us or provide any information through the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Not impersonate any person or entity

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Manipulate, forge, or falsify verification parameters
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VRF360 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Use of Our Content

You may access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial verification purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Remove or alter copyright notices

VRF Technology

The VRF algorithms and cryptographic methods used in the Service are based on publicly available cryptographic standards. Our specific implementation and user interface are proprietary.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the security of data transmission

Verification Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• Verification results will always match BetaFair announcements
• The Service will detect all possible errors or tampering
• Input parameters provided by users are accurate or complete

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VRF360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions or outages
• Actions or omissions of third parties (including BetaFair)
• Results of verification or lack thereof
• Decisions made based on verification results

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is currently zero, as the Service is free).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VRF360, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

VRF360 is an official verification tool within the BetaFair ecosystem. However:

• VRF360 operates independently for verification purposes
• We are not responsible for BetaFair's campaigns or operations
• Campaign-related issues should be directed to BetaFair
• Verification results do not constitute guarantees of campaign outcomes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change features or functionality
• Impose limits on certain features
• Update verification algorithms

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page
• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify users of material changes (where required by law)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration or litigation in Nigerian courts, as appropriate

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
